Traktor, When beatmasher is on, the volume decreases. This normal?

When I turn on/off beat masher the volume significantly changes. Even with dry/wet turned all the way to dry. This normal? Its very disruptive. Anyway to get rid of that?

With beatmasher on the volume goes down.

I never use beatmasher but I just tried it and didnt notice anything. Have you tried using it with just your mouse or touchpad to see if it you get the same results?

I have not tried with my keyboard and mouse. I have been using my S4. I will give that a try.

I noticed when I would update Traktor, sometimes my X1 mapping would get messed up. One time it was doing something simialar to what you desrcibed.

Is a pain, because playing live I wouldn’t want to use my effects because clicking it on/off changes the volume a lot. Very noticeable. Any idea how you fixed it?

Mine was particular to my custom mapping that changed sometimes on certain updates…just thought it was worth a shot to try and rule out that possibility

I’ve noticed that too with the BM, but seems to have solved itself..
Can’t help on that man.

I forgot, I’m still using 2.6.0. Could be bug in 2.6.1, if you’re up to date w/ updates

Can’t recreate this problem on 2.6.1 here.
