Traktor X1 Not Responding. NEED HELP!

So I just bought a Traktor X1 (MK1) to go along with my numark Mixdeck w/Traktor Pro software. Ive installed everything as manual indicated and was under the impression this was gonna be plug and play. I guess that not the case. My x1 is lit up etc, but not responding to anything. Is there something Im missing?? Please Help!!!

Did you install the drivers and update the firmware? It has a standard mapping which is not even in a tsi.

If I remember correctly, you have to run the “Setup Wizard” at the bottom of the Preferences window. I know that my X1 wasn’t just plug and play as I expected it to be!

Also check the in-port out-port. Your X1 must be selected in the mapping device.
