As an owner of an X1 and a pair of 1210s, I’d love to know how am I supposed to play some hotcues from my X1 with the playback from vinyl turned off. I hope you understand what I mean, as I couldn’t figure out how am I supposed to lauch some hotcues without the actual song starting to play on.
Note: This happens only when I’m in vinyl mode, when I come back to internal mode, it works flawlessly. Is it something that has to be mapped, or is just the software lacking this thing?
I don’t think it’s possible to play anything in vinyl mode in Traktor without the vinyl playing. That’s just the way it works, and I’m pretty sure that’s the way it will work in all DJ software as well.
