Traktor Z2 Knob Port

My knob port for my Traktor Z2 broke off during transport. I believe I need to replace to entire port because the top part which is made of plastic broke off completely. Does anyone know where I can get a new port? I’ve looked up parts at digikey but I have no idea what I’m looking for. It’s a replacement port for the fat knob that clicks and controls the loop size. Thanks.

It’s called an encoder. Aren’t they made of metal on the Z2?
