in both the preferences and the record tab there are things related to broadcasting.
what would the average traktor user be able to do with this?
Seems you are referring to the Icecast option which is embedded in traktor.
Basically, it allows you to stream your set out into the int3rw3bz.
You have to set it up perfectly in order to work and this can be daunting for newer users of icecast.
But it is a great feature.
It only works on icecast, which I don’t mind at all since shoutcast is a gigantic pile of… well yeah.
But yeah, it’s used for streaming audio over the internet.
and i’ve never been able to make it work.
What problems did you have with it?
