Transferring Massive

Quick question.
The hard drive on my mac suddenly crashed and everything was lost. I know NI says that in order to download massive again I will need to unregister it from my old computer, but this isn’t possible because its crashed. Is there any way to redownload it without unregistering it?

They have to have policies in place to assist with crashes, since those do happen. I’d say you should contact customer support at NI.
