Turn off BPM analyze in Traktor
Is it possible?
Hey, I was playing with the demo for Traktor Pro deciding if i wanna make the swap. I already have my entire collection perfectly BPMd. I don’t want traktor trying to analyze it all over again. Is it possible for it to analyze the waveform but not the BPM?
if you have the grid information written to the MP3, you might be able to just load the collection.
No, you misunderstand. I am a serato user.
I’ve spent the last 3 years getting all my BPMs perfect. And as soon as I load the track in traktor, it changes the BPM! and often times it’s incorrect (often off by just a few bpm..like instead of 127 it’ll read as 123).
I really don’t want to go through the same process for each and every track that I load. But I would really like to make the switch. going through 50,000+ songs and individually BPMing each one again does NOT sound fun though.
Can you write the data to the tags in Serato? It’s weird cause Traktor is supposed to “Read Tags” upon import. If no one gets an answer to you here I’d say take it to the NI forums and see what they say.
