**Turntables**

Hello DJTT!
Looking for suggestions on turntables. I am wanting to add a pair to my Traktor Z2 and X1.

Your thoughts?

Cheers!

Do it.

Buy Technics, or buy whatever you can afford.

Personally, if not Technics, then Reloops.

Used Technics mkii or higher if you can afford them. They’re tanks.

As already said, Technics are the way to go… though as time goes on condition gets worse… yes they are built like tanks and should last forever but you’ll rarely find an immaculate pair these days, and if you do you’ll be paying a lot of money for them.

If you want something looking new and shiny then i’d go for the Reloop RP-7000.

If you don’t need to move them every night, go with Stanton STR8-150s imo. They’re real tanks, and have a nice feature set for vinyl \* DVS. 8/25/50 % pitch and keylock. Plus two start/stop buttons per deck 😉

ST 150s are great. I have them along with techs and some gemini cdt 05s(great as well). The ST 150s are great to travel with, but if you are a small guy, I’d advise against it. They are 40lbs along with a 20lb case(about 19 pounds) we are looking at close to 60lbs . 120 lbs total. I’ve never had problems from them though
