Twister not responding to led changes in Utility

First day with my new twister, and a few weird things happening:
-Bank 4 has no lights, no matter what I change in the Utility software.
-Colours doesnt match between app and reality
-I didn’t tried changing other parameters yet.

Tried with 2014 and 2019 firmware in Windows 10, reset Factory settings or firmware makes no difference.

Any clue whats going on? I’m about to return It…but would be a shame.

Hey Cosmonaut,

I’m sorry to hear Twister is giving you a bit of trouble.

Can you get the LED feedback to work if you try to map your Twister to your Midi app of choice?

Sorry for not answering before, it’s completely fine…It was my fault understanding how the Utility works
