Urgent Help Needed Concerning Mapping

My setup has a BCD3000 and a Reloop Digital jockey 2. the problem is, i want the reloop set to decks C/D and bcd to decks A/B. the notes on the BCD and on the reloop are sending the same signals, so if i press play on the Reloop, its turning my BCD’s deck A to master. how can i make these 2 work together?

Can you try setting the BCD and Reloop to different midi channels?

It sounds like you have the BCD and the Reloop broadcasting across all ports/midi channels.

In the mapping for each select the respective controller in the drop down menu in controller manager.
