USB Add-on Screens for Controllers
Anyone heard about this?
I read the article they had over on DigitalDjTips and thought the idea was pretty awesome. Really, I hope that these types of screens are integrated into the next line up of controllers to hit the market, if not for any reason other than for the waveform view on the controller similar to the CDJ-2000.
Been looking for solutions like this one forever, hopefully this will make it into the next generation of Kontrol X1s and similar stuff.

Right? These are crazy. The look alot like the shape of the Maschine Studio screens which makes me wonder.

This would be so awesome… I’m waiting for the day that controllers don’t need laptops or iPads to function. The day that happens I think people won’t need CDJ’s anymore. Personally I think CDJ’s are too bulky anyways. My setup is trying to be as portable as possible.
The new upcoming Numark NV has integrated displays for Serato so you can close your laptop or use a desktop/tower pc instead. The screens come with a free controller attached.
