used serato for the first time
a good friend of mine who is starting a dj project with me lent me his cdj800s and mixer with his scratch live set up. i showed him traktor and controllers and he was blown away. he is now ditching serato to use traktor scratch but in the mean time i get to play around with it! so far im not a huge fan but it does the job

I like that everyone uses it. I hate that everyone uses it.
Not a fan either. I believe Traktor Pro has covered everything that I like about mixing. Effects, Loops< Cues Points, Ect. Def a keeper!!!
finding things i hate about it is much easier than things i like. i find the traktor layout much more intuitive to use. i do like that serato is sparse to look at which while djing can be a bonus as you dont feel overwhelmed. it just feels not very powerful and lacking a lot of features that traktor offers
