Using iPod as a second output?

I don’t have an audio interface yet, and will have to wait a bit to get one. Is there a way I could use my iPod as an output for my headphones while the output on my computer would be the main out? Maybe they have an app that works through bluetooth, or something similar.

I don’t know if that is possible. But you could use a splitter, run in mono, and use one channel and output for main and one for monitor/headphones.
