Using two VCI-100 1.3 fw 4decks

First sorry if this topic has already been discussed.

Trying control 4decks with two vci that both have 1.3 fw. I am having a hard time setting one to channel 2. Can anyone offer some assistance?

Hey the 1.3 firmware does not support dual VCI action.

1.4 will fix this issue.
