ustream & audio8
hey i´m looking for a way to connect my audio8 to ustream so i can use the sound straight out of traktor for streams. well i googled it and also digged trough the whole faq´s on ustream. i found nothing except one little hint to use jackosx. i tried it and it also doesn´t work. so if you know a way around please let me know. btw i´m on a mac.
Just run the main out on the A8 to the in on your computer.
there’s talk of it here. I though there was a better thread, but I can’t find it right now.
hm…not exactly what i´m looking for. i forgot to mention, that i´m mixing externaly.
i have my booth out from the mixer connected to the 5/6 line in port on my audio8. thing is that ustream won´t let me choose the right input channel from my audio8.

I don’t think you can do it the way you’re trying to. What about splitting the booth out and running one to the computer audio in? Hopefully someone more knowledgeable than me with Ustream will get in this thread.
so ur saying i´d use a rca to jack and go out of my booth into my mic in on my mac? maybe this would work…

when and where do you plan on broadcasting?
at first i need a external web cam. but i´m thinkin about doing a weekly broadcast
