validating my Registration?

Not sure whats happened but the validation link for the forums was never sent to my email.
I checked my inbox, as well as the mailserver itself, and nothing there

so each time i use the boards i need to deal wit the RANDOM QUESTION

Have you checked the spam folder?

yes
actually i cant check the spam folder because
A) there is none on the server
B) there is none on my computer
because i have set it so all mail comes through
