Hey guys I am selling my VCI 100 self modded controller because I decided to purchase an S4. Couple things about this controller. I messed up the button holes when I cut it, but all the electrical is fine and the controller works perfectly fine. Because of the bad cut, 1 side of the controllers screw holes do not line up, but the top still stays on the controller just fine. It is a great controller, just does not have the best hole cuts. I can post a youtube video of the controller working if need be. Some hot glue on the buttons that are loose would fix this controller, however I do not want to do that because I would rather the buyer do it so they can have the arcade button colors they would like. This sale also includes the firmware adapter and a carrying bag. Any questions let me know. I am asking $250 for this shipped. Thanks.
Just looking to sell the whole thing as a package right now. I can let you know in a week or so though. Cause I could part it out for like $150 I think.
Jeeze… I just paid 190 USD for an unmodded one from ebay in Germany, unfortunately our equipment is a lot more expensive over here full stop. My VCI has now got the 1.4 firmware… somebody on the djtechtools forum kindly lent me the firmware pcb; I had an old xp machine with a serial port so I got a cable for two bucks.
But I would love to replace the slider/knobs with the chroma caps… but man its way too expensive to do in Europe. (Postage and import tax is off the chain)
