VCI 100 - Crossfader

i have a huge problem with my vci 100…
when i turn my crossfader to the left and i have a song playing at my right (B) deck i can still hear that track and the crossfader in traktor goes to the right and turns to the left without touching…
what could be the problem and is there a solution ?

Have you tried cleaning your crossfader? Otherwise the thing is probably busted and sending out bad midi messages which means you’ll have to replace it.
