right jog is fine…Excelent…but the left is not even half of the right…
when doing a scratch it starts playing with my hand on the jog…the left jog doesn’t know what is a backspin, i’m turning it backwards it goes about 2 secs and starts playing …

Take it a part… blow (lightly) on the optical disc , and also lube (with contact lube such as Caig Deoxit, not WD40) where the sensitivity ground touches the shaft. It is most likely due to dust on the optical disc though.
Be sure to rule out it is not a mapping /firmware / software issue first. Ie: reload mappings, reflash firmware , and re-install software.
Adjust the sensitivity?
I assume people have tried that first… guess i should not do that
