My sister just gave me a vestax vci-100 and a maya 44 usb to my birthday.
But i think i have a problem with the headphone queing… It does’nt work!
Is’nt there possible to pre-listen a song with maya 44 usb?
Hmm…i think i’ve solved the problem with the headphone queing. But a new one came with the solution.
When i set 1 and 2 to monitor, it begins making a clicking-sound. But the headphnone-queing works fine. Without the clicking thou.
Haha i rekon ! i wish my sister bought me midi controllers
I wonder what her face would look like if i told her i wanted one of those Stanton SC decks lol.
The clickings stops when i set the audio in traktor on external. But then i can’t get any headphone que.
And i’m 99% sure that this is not the metronom.
I’m a pretty sure.
And i don’t understand why the metronom would start, when there’s not any songs loaded into deck A or deck B. The tick is constant.
I would guess 150bpm.
And like i said - no ticking when i put the audio on external. This is strange
What do you mean, put the audio on external? You mean set it to external mixer mode?
Edit:
Okay, I’m not going to wait to get a response, just in case that is the case. If you are getting a click at 150bpm constantly with or without a track I’m going to guess the Tick box is checked. I think this because it’s tied to the internal mixer, which turns off when put in External Mixer Mode.
There are two ways to turn it off. First, select the ability to view decks C&D. In between those decks is the mixer panel which should have the bpm. If that BPM is around 150… then, well, most likely the box labelled Tick (I think) is highlighted. Make sure it’s off. There’s also an option in the display panel up top. I think it might be tied to the Recording panel, or the Mixer panel or something. I am not in front of Traktor right now. Just search through (or someone who can open Traktor now can tell you) and make sure there is nothing highlighted for the tick there either.
