I’m having a problem with my left touch sensor on my vci-100. Even when increasing the touch sensor level on the rear of the unit, the sensor monitor light is intermittently not lighting up upon touching the wheel and also is not “grabbing” tracks in Traktor. I was wondering if there may be a fix that someone might now of that i can perform before contacting service. Thanks!
Yep…I took the encoder housing apart and sure enough, the jog wheel axle and the metal piece that contacts it had looked a bit blackened & oxidized. I took some Deoxit fader lube and cleaned it all up in there and everything is back to normal. Thanks for the reply
