VCI-100SE - Mapping X Fader to start the other deck playing?

Hi all,

Could anyone please help me to map my VCI100SE/Traktor Pro, TKS2.2 to start the opposite deck playing as soon as the fader is moved from one side to the other?

I think the pioneer CDJ’s and DJM setup have this as a built in function.
