Hi,
I just tried it and could not get the play button to play any tracks. Also how does one delete cues from the loops? Are there any effects?![]()
Sorry im new here but I have a rookie question Im trying to map the tempo sliders but Im having great difficulty… they work fine on I map the tempo sliders to the volume faders. Is there a place you guys can point my to, to figure out how to map these things.
Do you use the mini.translator?
Yes I do sorry I didnt give all that info, obviously a rookie…
I am using vci300 with traktor pro
on a mac book intel core duo
osx 10.5.5
2gb ram
umm what else
using mini translator
i was able to map most of it except for the platters and the tempo sliders…
sounds like you haven’t configured mini.translater properly
if you don’t use mini.translator then you can use all functions of the vci, except for the platters and the tempo sliders ![]()
did you load the configuration file into mini.translator?
also did you use the output of mini.translator as input in traktor?
here is mine..enjoy and make better
tried to UL the TSI but get this..

I’d be interested in that too! wmpijpers@hotmail.com
Looks good, though if i think about it global modifiers would be better. Just switch the entire lay out without having to press a button…or is that what you did?
Anyway I’m going to take a look and let you know what I think ![]()
i would also like to try out your layout - could you send it to 411vm@gmx.at?
thanks!
what do you mean by that? i think you’ll have to press a button to set a global modifier, or am i wrong? how else do you set a modifier?
You’re right but some functions he has require you to hold two buttons, the platter and shift for an example. But this is as he says adaptable to your own workflow. Unless you do it all yourself you can’t really complain, so I wont ![]()
ok, i see…
i won’t really complaing either, the mapping looks pretty decent, i think i’m going to adapt it a bit to my needs, but i really like the functions so far!
especially with the youtube video this mapping is a breeze - it should be standard to include a video so everybody can see how the controls work…
if i’ll change something with the mapping i’ll post it here, so everybody can profit from it
here:try out Beta 1

most functions are on the video..Basic ones are obvious…
Like “KEY”=Key..
FX MODE= FILES
