VCI 300 & Virtual Dj setup Help

Ok I dont have traktor Put from my understanding it works with Virtual Dj once the Patch it installed. :On the donfiguration for Virtual Dj for the; Inputs I put None ,.. for the; Outputs I put headphones and for the sound card I put 4.1 card… I put 4.1 for soundcard because i read from a user that says VDJ recognizes it as a 4.1 My question is if im putting the rest of the configuration correctly if not what should i change. What i notice after installing the patch i cant play a song on VDJ by pushing play with the mouse. Any Help would be trully appreciated

It will work with VDJ if you use Bome’s Midi Translator. It will act like any other midi controller. You would best be served asking this on the virtualdj.com forums though.

Its going to be a midi hell to set it up for vdj. But it can be done, have you tried the midi translator?

Its actually a lot easier to setup then traktor and it doesn’t need the midi translator to run.
All functions work with it apart from the lights display and track leds.
