vci 400 EGE head phones problems!!!

i have no sound in my headphones at all. the CUE/MASTER nob when i move it works fine in the traktor screen but no sound the LEVEL volume nob does not work at all when i move it and still no sound.

can any body help me fix my headphone problem?
