VCI-400 Latency problem?

I red a couple treats about this but it I don’t know if it fixes the problem.
I am using a Traktor + Ableton and has the output set to the VCI-400. But around every 45min I get some loud crackles which hold-on for 5 sec, while don’t see any high load on Traktor’s load display. Do you guys think this is a latency problem or something else I need to adjust?
