Vestax/ Traktor setup Problem

The other day after a d.j. set i went to use my vci-100 on traktor pro to find that Traktor wasn’t responding to the board. After trouble shooting it, I found out that the problem is in Traktor. It is reading that there is a signal from the board, but Traktor is not responding to that signal. Does anyone know what is wrong or how to fix it? I have a d.J. set tonight and saturday and I need to find out! Thanks

reimport your .tsi file with the big import button a couple of times, then check that the in/out ports are still set to the VCI. Also try a different USB port.

In general if it stops working, unplug, restart Traktor and check in/out settings.
