Vestax VCI 100 Crossfader problem

So my crossfader time is set to 4.8sec but it acts like the time is set to 0? Using my computer mouse the crossfade works fine but Vestax crossfade is bugin for some reason. First I thought the reason is my Traktor pro but I found the same problem with Traktro Le and even Vitual Dj. Any ideas?
