Vestax VCI 100 MK2 still a good buy?

There is a local store selling (dumping?) Vestax VCI 100 MK2 new for 239 euro’s/ 320 dollar

As I have to replace my NI 3 studio software anyway I’m fairly open (but slightly biased to Traktor:wink:
to all possible DJ software even (simple?) Algoriddim as I want to get digital in cooperation with my 10 year old son(Traktor LE included)

My question to you, with all the new stuff coming out; is Vestax VCI 100 MK2 (still) a good buy if the price is right?

btw regarding software; I’m on a macbook pro, My son uses a PC laptop, so Algorddim is kinda out of the question

I would look for a used vci100mk1 instead. Way better then the mk2.
