Viewing Traktor history

Hi guys

I am getting really frustrated with this right now. I want to put up my set list from last night but there’s nothing in my history. It was so much easier with T3 and I really don’t have time right now to troubleshoot opening the nml file which comes up as gobbledygook in my notepad.

How do I see what I played last night?

Someone?

Please?

meditation, and guessing

There is an archive folder under the explorer tab in traktor pro … I don’t know why it’s not like t3 but you can see it there..

But how do I open that file

Used the glory of the NI boards, found my answer. Under the Explore tab is the archive link. I tried it from the folder and it didn’t work. Oddly it won’t give me the duration the track was played, which is very discouraging, but I guess I’ll deal for now.

yeah Start Time and Duration aren’t logged for any of mine, but it is useful for basic tracklists, nice find!

more like glory hole..never know what you’re gonna find when you stick your face in there..

isnt there a way traktor saves the tacklist, so you can just copy&paste it (to post the list e.g.)??

lol !! its funny cuz its true :stuck_out_tongue:

lol with mine i open up explorer and theres an archive section i open that up and it shows the date and all the tracks in the order they were loaded in to the decks :stuck_out_tongue:

Right, that’s what I just found.

Start Time also not working

my Start Time or Duration are also not working, which is very frustrating since I don’t know in which order I actually played tunes. In a 60 minute window, I regularly will consider 150 tracks, so it’s a tedious process to pull out which songs I actually played.

Does anyone have a fix for this?

Not sure if this is still an issue, but right click on the archive and add it to a new playlist.

Go to the playlist (in the explorer tree) and you can right click and export the playlist including the files to a folder OR to an HTML webpage.

From there you can copy the playlist table and all track attributes to excel or wherever you like:slight_smile:

Yes, in future don’t preview your tracks in a player, but instead configure your audio card to use the preview function (Little headphones icon in the browser). This means tracks retain their unplayed state and won’t appear in your History or Archive

Great, thanks for that.
