vinyl/CD combo from 2010
I thought some of my fellow vinyl fans might enjoy this article:
It is an old post (2010), but I just ran into it, so it is new to me 
In any case, Jeff Mills created a disc that is a CD on one side, and a vinyl record on the other. (I guess the ultimate in old skool would be a 12-inch disc that combined vinyl with Laserdisc.)
