i would assume option 2, going by the title 
and it would appear that soundcloud is the better deal… given that a year with them is only a month with vipultima… pfft
I’ve never used the site, but given the prices. I wouldn’t suspect it would be worth it and its not really anything that other host don’t do.
They say they advertise for you, but I don’t know if that just them hosting your tracks on their site. Or if they actually bind “top world DJs” and force them to listen to your tracks. 
(If so, maybe worth it)
sounds to me like OP might work for/own vipultima if he’s pushing it that hard!
whoever designed this likes the NI website and beatport a lot. also he probably has been to tresor a couple of times too many.
