VB-cables: Virtual audio cables for Windows

I was still trying to route audio from the s4 to ableton and found this looking for alternatives on PC to Jackflower which is a nightmare to set-up (at least for me). It seems simple to use (so simple I stopped before becoming mad not finding solutions).
Maybe someone more technically skilled than me would find it useful.
