Vestax fcked up with promoting the contest…
But after I met Ean I was really surprised. As simple as man can be, really cool guy. He took his time to have a smalltalk with me. I didn’t expect that but I really enjoyed it.
Too bad I could not join Messe on Saturday. But here are some pictures I took on friday.

I would’ve liked to go to it, but I actually met him a while back at his crib and he updated my VCI to 1.3 firmware for free! He’s a super chill guy and definitely seemed cool. Hopefully sometime soon maybe him and I could chill and throw down a mix of some sorts… he lives less than a mile from me here in Frisco
On Friday I’ve been to the Digital DJ Battle at Tanzhaus-West.
The battle itself wasn’t really hitting to much in my opinion, but it was cool to meet Ean and to have a little talk with him.
Also Ean did a mix at the end of the Battle. It was a rather electronical mix and it was intressting to watch Ean mix with his VCI-100SE together with his selfmade arcade button box!
From my point of view the highlight of the event was the showcase by AKD & Koljeticut as well as Eans Mix.
I will write a little review on the Digital DJ Battle within the next days and post my impressions and some videos of the contestens and their sets on my website.
On Saturday I went to the Musikmesse and met Ean again at the Vestax booth.
There he did a showcase again with his VCI-100SE together with his custom made arcade button box!
The showcase was really cool and it was great getting to see Ean live in action!!!
I also recorded a 20 minute video of Ean doing his showcase at Messe. The vid turned out pretty well so I will post up this video sometime within this week.

Tried to catch Ean on Saturday before lunch but he wasn’t at the booth. Really wanted to say thank you for pushing the SE with Vestax and good support within Traktor with NI, must’ve been one hell of a task. So.. I’ll just do that here, thanks so much Ean!

But back on topic, had to pass, not only because of other commitments, there were some personal things that made me decide not to go to the Musik Messe.
