I really think we need this smiley, it’s from an older vBulletin version from a couple years back, but it’s the single most important smiley I know 
E.g., it’s perfect for marking sarcasm - and unmarked sarcasm is surely the single most frequent reason for online discussions that end badly…

Just throwing it out there, but when I look at this I would think that it represents the feeling of not interested, or tired and bored more so than sarcasm.
