Weird DJM 900 and TSP 2 bug

For anyone who has the DJM 900 and was hoping to use vinyl control, check for this bug. I tried another friends DJM 900 so I know it’s not unique to mine. Whenever I try using vinyl control and go through calibrating it always fails.

But the only way that it will detect the vinyl is if I go into Traktors preferences and change the sampling rate while the vinyl is playing. It’s the same thing if I change the buffer settings.

My Kontrol S4 works perfectly fine with timecode so i’m not sure if this is a bug with the 900 or if it’s a Traktor issue in recognizing the timecode coming through the 900. I went to submit this in the technical issues at NI but the forum is down. Karlos if you read this would you mind submitting a ticket.

What version of Traktor are you using? What driver are you using? I think there’s updates for the 900’s driver.

I’m running all the latest versions for everything.

Traktor Scratch Pro 2.0.3.
DJM 900 FW 1.2 and the latest driver and setting utility.

please get in contact with Pioneer Support so they can be aware of this bug and they can start getting this fixed asap.
