Weird DJM900 issue..
Since i updated to mountain lion a few weeks ago, somewhat reluctantly so I could update to 2.6.1, when i plug the mixer into my MBP the Pioneer Utility no longer boots up automatically…and most of the time i need to change the routing settings to something different then back again for them to be picked up…when i used snow leopard, this was all remembered, i just plugged it in, loaded tractor and off i went lol
anyone else noticed this?
Checked your Utility settings on the mixer itself? Also, what firmware are you on?
Yeah the utility setting on the mixer is on, im not sure what firmware im not tbh, i cant see where to find out either, its on in any of the settings i can see, user or club
just found it, im on 1.2.1, which i see is out of date. i’ll update and see if that helps, i dont know why i didnt think of that lol

From the update manual:
Press [CUE (BEAT EFFECT)] and [ON/OFF (BEAT EFFECT)] with power button to enter update mode.
Got the latest OSX drivers too?
yes, everything is now up to date, but i’m still having the same issue…very odd!
