Weird firmware upgrade problem, Help!

Hi guys! I really need your help. Unfortunately i don’t have enough time to read through the dedicated thread.
After firmware upgrade I got:

  1. Connection complete (Main kernel download complete)
  2. Flash Toolkit has encountered a prob and need to close
  3. My VCI just doesn’t light up once everything is done. :disappointed:

Please help, how to solve this issue?
