what controller would you use for LIVE?
hey guys im thinking on buying a new controller i got tired of waiting for the stupid realese of the VESTAX VCM600
so im looking for a controller to use with ableton live what would you recommend me i was thinking on like on a novation remote sl 
or what would you recommend me ?

Remote 25 SL, fucking owns for live. Only downside is the fact its huge. I have another setup made of multiple controllers, as I can fit them all + my laptop in a backpac.
I was curious what you guys would control with the Remote 25SLā¦It seems like a nice piece of gear but i think that it has a lack of knobs to EQ withā¦

Numark MixMeister Control
Livid Ohm
Just my opinion.
For Ableton, Iād say Remote 25SL, UC33e and some drum controller and youāre golden.
Another +1 for the Remote SL-25
that remote sl-25 looks nice i just donāt know how i would configure it for my style i am so used to using to decks been trying to figure out how to mix with 4
Thereās one thing that rules the rule 'em all controller:
The BCR-2000.
Also the Evolution UC33e is quite nice.
It all depends, what do you want to do with your controller.
If it is VCM-600 replacement, I would consider the UC33e, and if money permits, opt for extra controls on knobs buttons etc.
(So if thereās a spare BCR, go for it. )
Iāve read on other forums where they have said that the UC33e malfunctions when smoke from the smoke machines get inside of itā¦So that may be something worth while to think about itā¦Me want the VCM-600ā¦just looks so sexy..
Google says that the m-audio forums has a thread about that but damned if i cant find it(thread might have been deleted) - that certainly would make the UC33 a no go if it indeed is true, I am really interested in finding out why that happens but not having luck turning up much information on the subject.
Well itās a cool controller, but the 649 euros got me thinking.
is vcm600 out yet? retail price is $800 i heard, not bad consideringā¦
