What do you want in the Z4

What do you want in the Z4

Since the Z4 is probably in the works, what are some of your dreams?

~ full Fx controls of at least one unit, not just the Macros like the Z2.
~ S4 style loop recorder
~ Hybrid mixer
~ Eq Kills

Ohh! And it to come with Traktor Pro 3. :smiley:

I prefer modular controllers. Besides, it’s straightforward to map a layer of the Z2’s EQ section to be an X1.

You mean like the Z2? I think it’s a pretty killer feature.

I just map these to a Maschine. It would be cool, though, if the EQ knobs were all clickable. I would probably use that.

Ugh I found Traktor 3 to be really awful.

I’m not sure anything would get me to upgrade from the Z2. I definitely don’t need four turntables with the number of controllers I use (many here know that I am testing the theory that one can never have too many controllers). Traktor has four decks, and while I like lots of faders (lots and lots of faders), four mini innofaders probably wouldn’t be a selling point for me.

I would, however, love Maschine integration.

Oh Yeah Maschine integration would be stellar! I need all four channels. Two Track decks, One Remix deck and a live input.

I’d like the Z4 to come with four channels as i dj with 3 and a live input. and it would be really cool to be able to us the maschine as a plugin for traktor. I would definitely by the Z4 if it had 4 channels and maybe more knobs?? or an xy pad mapped to the fx. (i use a korg nanopad at the moment to do it, really works great) and controllerism is all about creativity right? so the more stuf it has, then tho more creative you can be when making a mix.
