Hi,

I am new here and apologize if I posted in the wrong forum.

I am trying to identify the effect applied to this particular portion of the music. I am able to make the repeating part from other part of the same song (but very rough), but I am not sure the other effect(s) applied…

Yes I think. By that I mean the effect as if it is some what “enverloped” or like a sound playing in a speaker being covered by something… Not sure if that is the correct way to describe it… >_<

yeah thats just someone playing with a low pass filter
