What if my S4 needs to be repaired..

Guys,

I am ready to buy the S4, but I have a question. I live in the Netherlands and it’s way more cheaper to order the S4 at DJTT, compared to buying it at a local store in euro’s. Besides that it would be nice if I could support DJTT by buying the S4 from their webshop.
But what I was wondering: What if the S4 needs to be repaired; do I need to send it back to the US to get it fixed, or can I send it directly to the fabric in (I suppose) Germany. If I need to send it all the way back to the US this will take a lot of time and shipping costs, compared to sending it back to a Music store in the NL.

Is there anybody who can give me some advice?

Also, keep in mind the possibility of having to pay 25% at costums, over the combined cost of the S4 and shipping of the S4. Which would make buying it in NL the same price.

NI warranty allows you to send it direct to NI. Berlin.

It’s “omzetbelasting”, so its applies to the entire “omzet” which includes shipping. I spent some time researching it :stuck_out_tongue:

I know, my post was directed @ Schaap, that the customs and shipping costs would make it useless ordering it here for the price.

Wow you must really aggressive with your S4 if it already needs repairs before it’s even been delivered! =P

That’s right… “IF”. I say it worth the shot.
I’m from the netherlands also but i’d absolutely would order it from DjTT, i’d take change on that big IF.

Doesn’t it help to pack the S4 in a DjtTT gift-paper, I’ve heard they are less willing to open presents at the border :wink:

And what about the warranty, i guess this is the same (international NI Warranty) if I buy it from DjTT or here in the NL?
