What is this guy playing with?

Hey Guys
I’ve recently seen this awesome live performer in my favorite club. i’ve been searching the internet to find out what gear he is using and how it works but without any success yet. i dont even know his name since the party was an afterhour without an annouced lineup.
The video i took is quite short and blurry, so here are some additional details (from what i remember):
-The pads were touschscreen-like, not really popping out of the surface
-the knobs on the top parts are just placed in the middle of the pads
-there was no laptop, soundcard or headphones nearby

if anybody knows anything about this gear i would be really thankful:smiley:

I’ve seen this before somewhere but can’t place my finger on it. Looks like a pretty crazy controller, I’d be in shock from all those controls.

same here, it was posted around the time the “future of djing” vid first popped.

Wasn’t it on the blog? IIRC its a one of controller that he built himself…

I refuse to believe he can actually wrangle that many controls.

It makes me think of a painter holding 4 brushes in each hand and 3 in each foot.
