ok well because i sent a complaint to DJTTs about an order that hasnt been sent out yet and zendesk replied instead, asking me to send them my i.d. so they can confirm its me ordering and not spam
Just have a little bit of patience with the guys. Try hitting them up on skype or such?
Sounds like DJTT may be using Zendesk for the store then. I know they have lots of problems with scammers and spammers in the online store so that message sounds legit.
