What should I buy?
Hi there.
I’m just a bit confused right now. I just get a pair of MKII’s and I was thinking of getting TSP2.
I dont have a soundcard yet and this is my question:
Should I choose the A4 or the A6?
A 2 channel card is just ok for me since my mixer is also 2 channel and i’m not seeing me playing on 4 deck in the future.
The thing is that I can have the A4 50% off. and no matter which one I’ll choose, I still need to get the T2 upgrade.
One Last thing, is the multiple-channel assignation compatible with the A4? I also want ton play witch the sample decks.
Thanks for helping me and i’m also sorry for my bad english^^
I dont think you can use the A4 with TSP2, its only the A6 for 2 decks with timecode, or the A10 with 4 decks with timecode, but do correct me if im wrong.

Nonono It can work, why is there an upgrad if it can’t work?
LMAO all their audio interfaces can be used with any version i HIGHLY doubt they would shoot themselves in the foot and not support their older interfaces. That would be a suicidal move if they did such a thing.

For sure.
And what about the multiple decks per outputs?
yeah thats a feature in the TP2 software itself, not the soundcard.
The Audio 4 will work with TP2.

Keep in mind though that you’re gonna need something else for recording, as your input channels are taken by the 12X0s…

Well, as far as I’ve read on this forum many people just use the line-in of their internal laptop soundcard and record with Audacity or so.
