I’m a sucker for most indian curries, but I had one with pumpkin and some sort of Indian cheese in it the other day, 'twas awesome.
That sounds like a good veggie alternative,
I will have to look out for that one,
I’ve had Paneer and spinach starter before, but not in a main.
I know nothing about curry. I actually thought it was just a spice and not an dish.

I know you can get curry leaves to use in certain curries, generally curries are made from a selection of spices and chilli.
I take it curries not high up in your list of fav dishes,
Not sure if Indian food is big over in the US, it’s pretty mega in the UK

I’m hispanic but I’ve been with my Indian girlfriend for about 4 years. Indian food is like mexican food to me except with more variation in spices.
Chicken Tikka Masala, Lamb Korma, Tandoori Paneer. all awesome..

up by UT in austin theres a little thai shop tucked behind some dorms, they have a Volcano Chicken Curry based roughly from Red Curry. so delicious. the best curry and meal ive ever tasted… besides my 500$ steak in Chicago.

it was… it was dry aged, fucking cooked perfectly. quite amazing.

lamb korai is a winner!
Living in Abu Dhabi, I’ve grown a tad weary of tikka and curries in all its variety–Nepali, Bengali, Hindi. There’s an Afghani restaurant near my house that serves a steamed pumpkin wedge with minced lamb infused with clove, cardamom and curry topped with yoghurt that is orgasmic. I would kill for some paanang thai and that wonderful orange tea with cream though…can’t seem to find a good thai joint here.
I love all curry, spicier the better but i must admit i am a sucker for a good butter chicken.
