When you guys first started out
So when you guys first started out and was strapped for cash, what’d you do to raise funds? I’m kind of broke right now and wanting to buy the control vinyl, sound card and Traktor. I could just wait till June when I’ll start getting a paycheck, but I’m impatient

Aside from getting a job, sell stuff you dont use anymore whether it’s electronics or whatever or ebay or craiglist.
Not so easy to get a job right now, Delayed Entry Program has some strict rules. I’ve thought about selling stuff, but everything in my set up I still use.
Most of the time when I’ve wanted new gear, I either sold stuff or got/had a job.
Not spending money on things like alcohol and other toys helps too.
guess i’ll just have to save whatever money i come into. I can normally find some sidejobs, whatever they may be.
Bonus money from a tour of Afghanistan raised the money pretty quick. Its not exactly the best get rich quick scheme, but it works!
