I just buy from Amazon when I buy online. That or I sometimes buy from UniqueSquared.com because they run really cool deals on various pieces of gear and give out promotional codes on their twitter and facebook pages every now and then.
For example, during christmas time they gave out a 10% off coupon for your entire order. Saved me a lot of money. You also gain points when you purchase from their website and the points can be exchanged for discounts too. Overall a great system.
So in conclusion: Uniquesquared.com, or if you don’t wanna help out an up and coming website, just buy from Amazon.
Sweetwater!! I try to buy only from them. Their customer service is 2nd to none. They have no interest payment plans if needed, and I think everything is free shipping. They even include candy with every box they ship you. They treat you and make you feel like you are the customer. That is something that is lost with a lot of companies out there.
Just recently I ordered 2 things online from them, headshell for a table and new control vinyl, not a very big or expensive order. I didnt notice but one of the items was backordered. I got a call 15 min after placing the order just to make sure that I knew one of the items was backordered. I found out it was only backordered by like a few days so I told them that they can just wait and send everything all at once to save on shipping. They insisted on making sure I got everything as soon as possible, so they sent the item in stock that day and the backordered item a few days later. Pretty cool if you ask me.
i use musiciansfriend.com this way i dont have to pay taxes, it is always free shipping.. and u can usually get 15% discount if u call them and negotiate the price… amazon wont give u any discount, but might lower the price than other sellers… if it can. With some brands it can’t
im in ireland and this is great, good prices great service and tax included so no un wanted surprises also, spend over 200 euro and shipping is free regardless of how much or big/heavy the items are the shipping is free and always with in a few days (usually with in a week)also shipping is only 15 euro if the order is under 200 euro…Buy musical instruments online from the market leader – Thomann Ireland and they give great catalogs with order but there all in german…
ive used the site a few times now, but i save hundreds each time than i would if i bought local
EDIT also 30 day money back guarantee and 3 year warranty too
and very good tracking on the shipment
ps. if i buy from america i get hit hard by taxes
(never been hit yet by any other country outside the EU)
proaudiostar.com (tends to be more expensive than the others but great customer service)
Actually it’s usually the cheapest and they beat prices.
I’d agree. Between them and idjnow, no one else in this thread has as many advertised prices that are as low. Also, they will sell “open box” (code for we can’t legally be an authorized dealer and sell new items for such a low price) for less than they can advertise.
My friend runs RKaudio.com - He generally runs a 10% off coupon on the main page. His company is an authorized vendor to tons of companies including Native Instruments. Check it out, he’s great to deal with and if you call maybe you can get a better deal. Tell him Joe Santiago sent you.
