Why does traktor beep twice on startup? OSX

Hi,

When I start up traktor on my mac, it “beeps” (system sound for osx) twice…

Why is that? Can I turn it off? Is there a problem with startup or something?

Will it come through speakers if I need to restart my computer mid-set with traktor?

my understanding is its something to do with 64 bit osx. what i do is make sure the standard audio out is internal and use the external sound card for only tratkor. that way you do not blast your crowd with donks on startup.
