i had a keyboard once that had the y key broken. you have no idea how many times you use that letter untill its gone

on linux i have this feature that lets me remap the keyboard… thats what i did when i ruined my space bar and a few numbers

The ‘blank key’? Really? 
If it’s a series of keys that are doing it, you probably have num lock on, or the Fn button has a hold, like the sticky shift key thing for disabled people.
If it’s just the b key, then your keyboard is possessed, and it’s your duty to destroy it before it can harm your family. If you live alone, then don’t worry about it, you just have a new ghost buddy.
